At Mountkarol, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our safety and hygiene return standards.

    Disposal or Return

    Depending on the product type, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or instruct you on how to safely dispose of the perishable goods.

    Refund Processing

    Once your claim is approved, a full refund or a replacement shipment will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
